I'm sorry but this made me laugh and laugh and laugh.  It seems as if the dog was okay, otherwise I wouldn't have posted it.  Poor thing...  I still am laughing though.

I used to visit my family who lived down in this part of Caifornia back in the 80's and I have to say, it was exactly like this! For sure!!!
